What we look for

Discipline under pressure, sound judgment when instructions run out, and a temperament that stays low-profile. Relevant service — military, law enforcement, intelligence, protective, or investigative — matters, but character and reliability decide who stays.

Every candidate is vetted thoroughly. Roles are conditional on background checks, references, and the licences required in the jurisdictions you'd work in.
